PRE-ORDER POLICY
CGC Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique and highly collectible nature of CGC-graded comics, all sales are considered final. Once an order is placed, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. The only exception to this policy is for items that arrive damaged, which are covered under our [Damaged Items Policy].
Cancellation Restrictions
- CGC Pre-Orders: We are unable to cancel or refund any CGC pre-orders once the order has been submitted.
- Standard Orders: You may request a cancellation for non-pre-order items within 24 hours of purchase by emailing help@rabbitcomics.com.
- Please Note: Cancellations are not guaranteed, particularly for limited-edition releases or items already in the processing stage.
SHIPPING POLICY
At Rabbit Comics, we ship your orders with care using trusted carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We strive to offer affordable, competitive shipping rates while ensuring your package arrives securely and on time.
Key Shipping Details:
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped together.
- Orders combining pre-orders and in-stock items will ship once all items are available (see Pre-Order Policy).
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier services and holiday volumes.
If you need to combine multiple orders, please contact us at help@rabbitcomics.com with your order numbers included in the message.
DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY
We take great care in packing your comics securely—but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@rabbitcomics.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged items and packaging
We’ll review your case and do our best to make it right. CGC-graded comics are final sale and not eligible for damage claims unless damaged in transit.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Due to the collectible nature of comics, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items unless they are received damaged (see Damaged Items Policy).
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing help@rabbitcomics.com—cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for pre-orders or limited items.
